1. Purpose: The Mom Collective is committed to creating a community for moms by providing a platform where they can discover new hobbies, build meaningful friendships, and participate in events designed to offer enjoyment and support.

2. Eligibility: Membership to The Mom Collective is open exclusively to individuals who are over the age of 18, identify as mothers, and reside in Barcelona and its surrounding areas. By joining, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

3. Membership Fee:

 

- Premium Membership: Membership is available for €15 per month, with benefits detailed below. This membership can be canceled at any time but is non-refundable once paid.
- Freemium Membership: Free membership is currently available for a limited time only and includes access to events with limited attendance (up to 2 events per month).

4. Membership Benefits:

 

- Premium Membership Benefits: Premium members enjoy exclusive access to all events, unlimited attendance, a newsletter subscription, a 15% discount on all events (excluding co-host tickets), 48-hour early access to book high-demand events, and access to the Resource Hub with special offers and more.

- Freemium Membership Benefits: Freemium members have access to events with limited attendance (up to 2 events per month) and the newsletter.

5. Event Guidelines: Members are required to book a spot for an event through The Mom Collective website.

6. Booking Cancellation: Members may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the event if they wish to receive a refund. A non-refundable Website Service Fee is applicable when booking an event through our website. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing the booking. The Website Service Fee is non-refundable except in cases where we cancel the event or if the cancellation is due to our fault, such as technical issues or errors on our part. Within the last 48 hours before the event, they have the option to transfer their spot to another member or cancel their booking, but no refund will be provided. If an event is canceled by the The Mom Collective, all members who booked spots for that event will receive a full refund.

7. Membership Cancellation: Premium members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for payments already made. Event cancellation policies remain the same for all members as outlined in the previous terms and conditions.

8. Co-Hosting an Event: Members have the option to co-host events with The Mom Collective in two ways:

 

- Organise and Attend for Free: Members can organise an entire event for The Mom Collective and attend for free.
- Purchase Co-Host Ticket: When available for certain events, members can purchase a co-host ticket, which grants them 50% off the full price ticket. Co-hosts are expected to greet attendees, take photos, videos, etc. Additional details will be provided via email.

9. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect towards each other, refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying, and maintain a supportive and inclusive environment for all members. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in membership termination.

 

10. Right to Remove Members: In order to maintain the integrity of our community, The Mom Collective reserves the right to remove any member, with or without cause, at its discretion, particularly in cases of repeated violation of the code of conduct or failure to adhere to community guidelines.

 

11. Personal Data: Personal data is collected solely to enhance the membership experience. The Mom Collective is committed to safeguarding this information and will not share it with third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Media Consent: By participating in The Mom Collective events, you consent to be filmed or photographed. Any media captured during events may be used for promotional purposes by The Mom Collective.

 

13. Updates and Amendments: The Mom Collective reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions within the community. Members will be promptly notified of any such changes.

 

14. Disclaimer of Responsibility: While The Mom Collective diligently organises events for moms to attend, it's crucial to understand that we are not liable for any incidents that may occur during these events. Members attend events at their own risk, and The Mom Collective disclaims any responsibility or liability for such occurrences. We encourage members to exercise caution, be mindful of their surroundings, and report any concerns promptly to The Mom Collective team or venue staff.
